As soon as I moved in, I immediately went to my house.  To my disappointment, Tortimer didn't start moving my stuff in yet.  So I walked outside and bumped into Tom Nook.(http://animalcrossing.wikia.com/wiki/Tom_Nook)
  He said that I needed to pay off the rent on my house, which is 19,800 bells.  Then he forces me to work for him!!  After talking with Nook,  I decide to meet everyone else that lives in Vashon.

After meeting the animals, I went to Nook's Cranny.  I hated every moment of working for him, but I did earn 1,400 bells off my mortgage.  By then, Tortimer had helped me move in.  I had a lot of money to spend, so I payed off my mortgage, had my house upgraded, (not until tomorrow) found a cute new outfit, and designed some clothes at Able Sisters.

Tomorrow is a new day filled with new adventures.  I can't wait to see what's in store for me!
